A partnership framework agreement was signed between KLF and ALECSO (Arab League Educational Cultural and Scientific Organization) on Friday 23rd 2016. The ceremony took place in ALECSO headquarters, and the agreement was signed by Mr. Kamel Lazaar, president of KLF, and Mr. Abdullah Al-Hamad, Director General of the ALECSO.
The objective of this partnership is to develop mutual cultural projects for the rapprochement of Arab countries and the promotion of cultures throughout the region, particularly in the field of art, heritage and education. The two institutions work on the same region and have many objectives in common, hence the importance of this partnership.
