The project :
3AL7IT is a series of experimental videos based on matter, circulating on social networks (videos, photos, statutes, articles, voice recordings,..) with rushes, filmed by Rim Harrabi, and which has as a theme the stakes and the absurdity of the current crisis. Yasser Jeridi then applies visual and graphic transformations. This visual change gives a form of mutation of the raw material, with its realistic aspect, towards a new, more fluid, more abstract form, a new surrealist state.
This process of visual mutation goes through a succession of graphic stimuli, then further stimuli with the montage, with the aim of reflecting various aspects of the initial material, which is itself a reflection of the constant uncertainty about the future that each individual feels during this unusual, unstable period.
Objective :
To encourage people to detach themselves from social networks for a small moment of discovery and questioning, and to find a new form of magic through their roof / balcony / window, during this experience which is meant to be enriching and entertaining at the same time, and which gives another vision of all the disturbance experienced during this unusual situation.
Projection of videos on the city walls in Tunis.
