Presentation of the project :
This project is a series of fragments, moments, intuitive videos, in different formats and different media that result in a video that traces segments of life's course, and tells the story that it constitutes. As man is used to writing down well-chosen moments, "Fragments" aims to highlight the poetry found in the simplicity of everyday life. Memorize and point out details that surround us but that we don't see.
Nowadays life is a continuous race against the clock where everything is programmed in advance, meetings, the time to wake up and work, the day off and even the time to eat, everything is tied up in a well determined chronological order and we just run around to catch up with it, and in this continuous relentlessness, the smallest detail is measured beforehand, calculated to the nearest element; actions and gestures, silence and words, cries and smiles, and even memories. Everything is combed through with a fine-tooth comb, until the moment when everything has slowed down. But what would happen if we decided to make a little stop? What if we took a break to savour a present moment, no matter how insignificant it may seem?
As man is in the habit of writing down well-chosen precise moments, the project proposes to put forward the poetry found in the simplicity of everyday life. Memorize and point out details that surround us but we can't see.
In my project, there are exterior scenes filmed during these last months which will be the support of my creation, with other scenes inside my home which will be filmed during this period.
