In this workshop, Firas Shehadeh will invite participants into the ‘back end’ of his artistic practice, exploring the ideas, images, sounds, artists, and worlds that make up his politically engaged work.Some of what will be covered will include Gaza, Palestine, and colonialism more broadly, media (especially online), memes, music, games, and world building.This session is ideal for emerging artists, and those who work around video, sound, and whose interests and work take them into online and imagined worlds.
