In June 2014, the Kamel Lazaar Foundation supported the opening of a new cultural center dedicated to the performing arts in the suburb of Kram, Tunis - Cinévog. Cinévog is the initiative of artist, director and screenwriter Moncef Dhouib who has turned the abandoned  cinema into Tunisia's newest hub of arts and culture. Cinevog hosts public workshops and training sessions in the performing arts, aimed particularly at young people.
