Férid Boughedir returns to the Tunisian movie scene with a movie both ironic and affectionate to his native Tunisia: Zizou. After Asfour Stah / Halfawiyyne (1990) and A Summer in La Goulette (1996), Boughedir completes his trilogy with Zizou, a young unemployed graduate who leaves his village in the Sahara to the capital Tunis during the revolution, in search for a job. KLF supported the release of this movie in Tunisia.
