The first edition of Les Entretiens de l’excellence took place at the Institute of Advanced Business Studies in Carthage (IHEC) in 29 April. Organized in partnership with the association Les Entretiens de l’Excellence in France and at the initiative of many Tunisian senior managers and businessmen, the purpose of this event is to present to young pupils and schoolchildren a number of exceptional career paths in their field of expertise.

Les Entretiens de l’Excellence aim to arouse ambitions for the youth, particularly those who are geographically and culturally or socially remote from the networks capable of providing all the relevant information for their future, and success stories that may trigger their motivation. Soumaya Gharsallah-Hizem, KLF general manager and Leila Ben Khelil, her communication officer, were invited to provide testimonies about their career paths in the cultural sector.
